Ultraflex is our high-performance, chemical-free alternative to PU foam. Using next generation performance fibres, carefully engineered in a sweeping ‘s’ shape structure, Ultraflex provides unrivalled rebound, comfort & long-lasting performance, typically outperforming commensurate foams in hardness loss testing. Ultraflex is also less insulating than foam and five times more breathable than PU foam. This makes it a very comfortable and moisture resistant cushion filling material.
As Ultraflex is hydrophobic and free draining, it means that water will not be absorbed, making it suitable for the outdoors. All you have to do is simply stand the seat cushions upright, and the water will drain straight out.
