We offer a range of polyester fibres, including those that require machine opening and others that have already been pre-opened for immediate use. The machine-opening process fluffs and separates the fibres, making them ideal for blowing straight into the application. For smaller projects or convenience, our pre-opened fibres are ready to be hand-filled directly into products such as soft toys, cushions, or pet beds, ensuring ease of use without the need for specialized equipment.

Our polyester staple fibre is packed in compressed bales weighing between 250-350 kg, secured with strong plastic straps, with each bale typically measuring 1m in length, width, and height. In contrast, our carded fibres and ball fibres are packed in Botany bales, weighing between 35-50 kg and measuring 1.3m (L) x 0.7m (W) x 0.7m (H).

The minimum order quantity is 1 bale of polyester fibre – This ensures you receive enough material for most manufacturing or filling needs, whether you’re using machine-opened or pre-opened fibres for your products.
