Your questions, answered

Frequently asked questions about some of our fibres & fillings.

Still need help?

We offer a range of fibres, including those that require machine opening and others that have already been pre-opened for immediate use. The machine-opening process fluffs and separates the fibres, making them ideal for blowing straight into the application. For smaller projects or convenience, our pre-opened fibres are ready to be hand-filled directly into products such as soft toys, cushions, or pet beds, ensuring ease of use without the need for specialized equipment.
