CoverFill Feather
The integrated feather filling system is a highly efficient solution designed to streamline the process of handling and filling feathers for cushion, pillow, and upholstery applications. It automatically accepts and feeds feathers directly from sacks or bales, ensuring a smooth and continuous operation.
The system is composed of three key sections – a loading fan, a mixing and storage chamber, and a delivery or filler fan. These work together to provide consistent mixing, controlled delivery, and high quality filling performance.
This design enhances productivity, reduces manual handling, and ensures uniform product quality across all filling operations.
